About GetProFixer: Your Local Maintenance Company in Al Satwa, Dubai
For over 10 years, GetProFixer has kept homes in Al Satwa and central Dubai cool, dry and comfortable. We are a small, focused team that does three things well: AC maintenance, plumbing and water heater repair.
Our story
GetProFixer started in 2016 as a two-technician AC workshop in Al Satwa. Our first customers were neighbours in the low-rise buildings and villas around Al Satwa Road and Al Hudaiba, who needed someone honest and nearby to service their ACs before the summer.
Word spread through Jumeirah, Al Wasl and Karama. Customers kept asking us to look at a leaking tap or a cold shower while we were there, so in 2018 we added a dedicated plumbing team, and in 2020 we began repairing and installing water heaters.
Today GetProFixer serves families, landlords, property managers and small businesses across central Dubai. We have stayed in Al Satwa because being close to our customers is what lets us arrive quickly and keep our prices fair.

Al Satwa sits right in the middle of old and new Dubai, between Jumeirah, Karama, Bur Dubai and Sheikh Zayed Road. From here our vans reach Al Wasl, Al Bada'a, Al Jafiliya, Al Mankhool, Trade Centre, Downtown, Business Bay and City Walk quickly, which means shorter waits and lower call-out costs for you.
