Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use getprofixer.com or book AC maintenance, plumbing or water heater work with GetProFixer in Dubai. By booking a visit you agree to them.
Quotes and prices
- Prices on this website are starting prices. The final price depends on the job and is confirmed after inspection.
- We always tell you the price and get your approval before any work starts.
- Parts and materials are charged separately unless the quote says otherwise, and are shown to you first.
- An inspection or call-out charge may apply if you decide not to go ahead with the work.
Bookings and visits
We confirm a visit time by WhatsApp or phone. If you need to change or cancel, please tell us as early as possible. Please make sure someone over 18 is present and that our technician has safe access to the unit or area to be worked on.
Warranty
Our workmanship is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of the job. If the same fault returns because of our work, we come back and fix it at no labour cost. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, work done by others, or faults in parts of the system we did not work on.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing, for example under a yearly maintenance contract.
Liability
We take care to protect your home and work safely. Our liability is limited to the value of the work we carried out, except where UAE law does not allow such a limit.
