Why is my water heater not heating?
Check the isolator switch and breaker first. If both are on, the heating element or thermostat has most likely failed. Both can be replaced in one visit.
How long does a water heater last in Dubai?
Usually 8 to 12 years. Hard water can shorten that, so descaling and anode rod checks help it last longer.
Do you install new water heaters?
Yes. We supply and install electric tank heaters in common sizes and remove the old unit.
Is a leaking water heater dangerous?
Water near electrics is a risk. Switch off the power to the heater, close the cold-water inlet valve and call us.
